From operating equipment and moving materials to helping keep production running smoothly, no two days will look exactly the same.

What You'll Do

• 
  Assist with loading and unloading grain trailers
  
• 
  Move and position augers as needed
  
• 
  Drive a tractor to move equipment and scrap materials
  
• 
  Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  
• 
  Set up and operate a grain cleaner
  
• 
  Assist with general production and packaging duties
  
• 
  Keep work areas clean and organized
  
• 
  Follow all company safety procedures
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Dependable with a strong work ethic
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a production/agricultural environment
  
• 
  Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, tractors and other equipment
  
• 
  Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
  
• 
  Previous production, agriculture, equipment or forklift experience is helpful
