Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach, support, and grow wellness team members while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Be Present & Involved: Stay connected with residents and staff and provide hands-on support when needed.
Create Personalized Care Plans: Develop and maintain service plans based on each resident’s needs, assessments, and physician orders.
Build Strong Relationships: Partner with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication and coordinated care.
Oversee Resident Care: Help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care every day.
Manage Medications: Oversee medication management practices and promote accuracy and safety.
Assess New Residents: Evaluate prospective residents and help determine how our community can best meet their needs.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure wellness practices meet state regulations and Agemark standards.
Support Safety & Wellness: Identify changes or risks, respond to emergencies, and implement proactive plans to support resident well-being.
Make a Positive Impact: Help create a community where residents feel known, respected, supported, and at home.
RN or LPN: Active Nebraska nursing license.
Senior Care Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with seniors.
Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
Medication Knowledge: Strong understanding of medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
Strong Leadership Skills: A compassionate, dependable leader with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using software and electronic systems.
Flexibility: Availability to support the community as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty responsibilities.
