Production Worker – Multiple Shifts AvailableLocation: Joplin, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Joplin, MO that produces quality ingredients used by dog food companies. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment and who take pride in safety and quality. As a Production Worker, you will support daily operations by helping ensure products are made efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varying conditions.Production Worker Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment while maintaining required production speeds and quality standards
• Sanitize work areas using proper tools, equipment, and approved cleaning chemicals
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelines
• Work in multiple departments as needed to meet production demands
• Perform general production tasks and housekeeping duties throughout the shift

Requirements for the Production Worker

• Ability to work in hot and cold environments and areas with strong or unpleasant odors
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift as required
• Flexibility to rotate between departments and adapt to changing tasks

Hours and Pay

• Shifts: Multiple shifts available
• Schedule: To be announced
• Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
