Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care? 🌟

MinuteClinic is looking for a dedicated NP to join our team in West Springfield, MA. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical care team to provide evidence-based primary and family care, manage health conditions, educate patients, and help improve patient outcomes. 🩺💙

🗓️ Schedule

• ⏰ Full-time: 30–39 hours per week
• 🔄 Every other weekend
• 🎉 Holiday rotations may apply
• 📅 Specific clinic hours will be provided during the hiring process

💼 Key Responsibilities

• 🩺 Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
• 🔍 Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• ❤️ Manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• 🔬 Perform routine examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• 💡 Educate patients about healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• 🌱 Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and wellness.
• 🤝 Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• 📋 Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
• 💳 Assist with insurance verification and payment collection.
• 🏥 Support clinic operations, including opening/closing and inventory management.
• 💻 Utilize electronic medical systems and technology effectively.
• 🚀 Practice autonomously while contributing to a collaborative clinical care team.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 🎓 Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program
• 📜 Current national board certification
• 🪪 Active NP license in Massachusetts
• ⭐ Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as an NP in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care
• ✅ License in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions
• 🧠 Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management
• 💬 Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• 📋 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• 💪 Ability to work independently and practice autonomously
• 🔄 Strong initiative, adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
• 💻 Proficiency with information management and technology
• 🌎 Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed

🚨 Candidates must have prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
