Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay: 18-24$/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Replace or repair motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, and other machine components
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Follow all OSHA, lockout/tagout, and company safety procedures
Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
Strong attendance and reliability
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
