As a Residential Handyperson, we call Property Engineer’s (PE), you’ll be the face of AA, representing our values and commitment to residents and the community. We’re looking for skilled, reliable, and proactive individuals who take pride in their work, uphold high standards, and are ready to make a real impact on our residents' lives.
$26–$34/hr · Guaranteed 40 hrs/week · $0.76/mile vehicle / gas reimbursement · Quarterly performance bonus

Work orders route to your phone; you run your metro home to home with real autonomy. We call our techs Property Engineers, and we're hand-picking a small team of the best in each market.
