Technical Service Manager
Service Coordination
- Monitor startups and warranty calls, updating internal systems with accurate status and asset tracking information.
- Train service companies and equipment dealer sales and service personnel.
Customer Support
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service inquiries, scheduling, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication via phone, text, email, and service portals.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to end users and technicians.
- Collaborate closely with service managers, technicians, sales teams, Culinary, and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Respond to inquiries from consultants, general contractors (GCs), HVAC professionals, electricians, plumbers, dealers, installers, and end users.
- Assist in analyzing service trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency using data tracked in Dynamics 365 Service Hub.
