Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly The position follows a rotating 12-hour schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Workdays and days off rotate weekly, providing employees with a three-day weekend every other week. Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you enjoy maintaining building, grounds and equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? NFM's Building Maintenance Technician II is the position for you. Our world class facility offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Replace: Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit. Repair: Plumbing fixtures, unclog drains and maintain plumbing systems. Preform: Corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of minor problems with mechanical and HVAC systems. Collaborate: Maintain routine records of all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system, within a computer based management system. Support: Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience Technical or trade school classes in related field Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred Knowledge and observance of safety precautions knowledge of how to use and maintain power tools, hand tools and equipment Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
