Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking a motivated and reliable Events Assistant for an immediate start to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and hands-on work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Support event logistics, including materials and equipment coordination
  • Interact with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Distribute promotional materials and provide event information
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Maintain organization of event supplies and materials


REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous event or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
