Beacon is a successful and national behavioral health company providing residential-based services and supports to children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors. All activities related to this position must be delivered in compliance with the company's policies and procedures, accreditation standards, state and federal licensing requirements, HCBS guidelines, and the contractual requirements of Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies. Position Summary: The project manager leads the planning, execution and delivery of projects across the company. They are responsible for coordinating teams, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards and stakeholders' expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Support the automation of process whenever possible and feasible.
• Support other projects as required.

• Follow Beacon's policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Cooperates with Beacon Specialized Living, the Department of Human Services (DHS) staff or any other regulatory body during any inspection, investigation or inquiry.
• Accept other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.

Work Environment: Most of your job duties will be performed from an office.

Travel: Travel may be required to periodically visit markets to support as needed.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
