Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Solutions Management Enterprise Systems to lead the strategy, delivery, optimization, and modernization of enterprise technology platforms for a leading healthcare and laboratory services organization. This individual will serve as a key technology partner to executive business leaders across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other corporate functions.
This leader will drive an "Automation & AI First" approach, identifying opportunities to streamline business operations, improve data integrity, enhance reporting capabilities, and accelerate decision-making through enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and has extensive experience leading enterprise platform ecosystems, large-scale implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include leading enterprise applications strategy across ERP, HRIS, and related business platforms, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The role involves serving as the primary technology partner for Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders. It also includes driving solution architecture, project delivery, optimization, and value realization efforts. Partnering with Finance and HR teams to automate critical business processes, including financial operations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and workforce analytics. Championing automation, system integrations, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise platforms, including architecture, integrations, upgrades, support, security, compliance, governance, and vendor management. Leading integrations across HR, Finance, and Procurement. Establishing enterprise data governance practices to support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing internal teams and external partners. Managing vendor and system integrator relationships to maximize performance, accountability, and return on investment. Implementing scalable delivery, change management, and release management processes. Driving adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
