What You'll Do
As a wood production assembler, you will be responsible for
• Using power and hand tools to assemble chairs, tables, and spa equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sanding and finishing products to ensure smooth and professional surfaces.
• Packing and preparing assembled products for shipment and distribution.
• Assisting in the assembly of upholstery onto pre-assembled furniture pieces, maintaining quality standards.
• Supporting team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Physical capacity to bend, twist, kneel, and lift 30-50 lbs regularly without difficulty.
• A team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
