The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst BCBA to work with young adults and adults in the CBDS (Community Based Day Supports) program and our shared living and outreach program. These individuals will have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and some behavioral difficulties.

Your role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst BCBA:
The Behavior Analyst is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who facilitates Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior analytic services for the above listed programs. The Behavior Analyst provides relevant training to management and staff.

The role of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is both challenging and rewarding, and requires a unique set of skills that are essential for working effectively with the young adults served. A comprehensive skill set ensures the best outcomes for clients and enriches the professional experience of BCBAs. Strong data interpretations, communications ability, patience, empathy and cultural sensitivity will help you to make meaningful interactions with the population served.
