- Handle cases throughout the litigation process with supervision
- Meet with clients to discuss legal issues and devise litigation strategies
- Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with clients
- Draft motions and other legal papers
- Conduct discovery and take depositions
- Attend hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions and papers
- Conduct hearings and trials as required
- Assist clients with executing settlement agreements
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in civil litigation
- Experience with motion practice essential
