Job Duties:Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairsVerify warranty and service contracts as neededProvide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit marginsMaintain service records for customersPrepare billing invoices for customersOther duties as assigned Desired Competencies:Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field Excellent communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented Proficient with computersTeam PlayerSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position preferred Benefits: Monthly BonusesHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance401K with company matchingCompany paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceAnnual Boot & Tool AllowanceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
