Machine Operator / Programmer
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators and Programmers for a full-time, direct hire position in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This opportunity is with an ISO9001, AS9100 certified leader in custom engineered advanced tooling solutions. Hours
• First Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (times can vary)
• Overtime included, typical work week is 50 hours
Pay
• $20.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Review the machine schedule daily to plan production
• Retrieve data and create programs to optimize machine utilization
• Perform programming using G & M code at the machine
• Operate machinery to achieve maximum throughput
• Ensure machined parts meet data and tolerance specifications
• Complete preventative maintenance activities
• Communicate with management about job status and any conflicts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator
• Experience programming at the machine with G & M Code
• Knowledge of WorkNC CAM software preferred
• Attention to detail is a must
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Willing to work hours needed to complete projects, including overtime
Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with CNC programming software
• Familiarity with advanced tooling applications
Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in precision manufacturing or tooling
Other Requirements
• Ability to work on-site at the Cuyahoga Falls location
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle machine operations
