The Opportunity

We are looking for Commercial Insurance Producers who want to develop relationships with trucking and logistics companies, build commercial accounts, and grow a long-term book of business.

Your focus will be business development, client relationships, insurance strategy, and new business production.

Pullsure provides access to specialized markets, systems, industry expertise, and service support so you can stay focused on building relationships and writing business.

What You Will Do

• Develop relationships with trucking and logistics companies
• Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities
• Understand client operations, risk profiles, and insurance needs
• Develop insurance strategies for trucking accounts
• Work with underwriting partners to present client risk effectively
• Use fleet data and underwriting information to strengthen submissions
• Present coverage options and recommendations
• Negotiate terms and close new business
• Build long-term client, referral, and industry relationships
• Stay informed on trucking insurance markets and industry developments
• Collaborate with Pullsure's brokerage, service, and risk teams

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation and no guaranteed salary or draw.

• Additional commission opportunities at established production levels
• Uncapped earning potential based on production

All compensation terms are governed by the applicable producer agreement.
Producer income is based entirely on individual production and is not guaranteed.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Proven sales, business development, or commercial insurance experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline independently
• Strong business judgment and a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to understand complex operations and communicate solutions clearly
• Self-directed and comfortable working in an independent contractor environment
• Interest in developing expertise in commercial trucking insurance

Preferred Experience

• Commercial insurance production
• Commercial trucking insurance
• Large commercial accounts
• Trucking, transportation, fleet, or logistics
• Existing relationships within the trucking industry
• Experience working with underwriting teams and carrier markets
• Familiarity with trucking risk, compliance, loss history, or fleet operations

Licensing

An active Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred.

Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the required licenses before performing activities that require insurance licensure.
