This position will be on site at our facility located in Frisco, TX. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Position Summary: Structor Construction is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to work under one of our Superintendents, taking ownership of assigned scopes, phases, and areas while building toward full site authority. This is a development role by design: you'll run real work and be held to real standards, with direct mentorship and progressively larger scope.
