Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Case Manager to join our PACT team in downtown Tacoma Washington.

PACT is a multi-disciplinary team in the community, which provides intensive support services for individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. The PACT team is comprised of Case Managers, Mental Health Professionals, Certified Peers, Vocational Counselors, and Nurses.
The PACT Case Manager is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy and coordinating care with other professionals and agencies.
PACT is an evidence-based program, with fidelity oversight from University of Washington. Monthly training is provided by UW Spirit Lab. Come join a highly successful PACT Team, of like-minded professionals committed to excellence and collaboration.
