Contract Type: W2 under Staffing Supplier – 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 10 am to 6 pm PST, with flexibility to cover as early as 6 am to as late as 6 pm PST on weekends (weekend shifts are split with a mid-day break and are not full 12-hour shifts); schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs

Role Overview:
The Operations Clerk-I provides essential logistical and quality management support to a meal management program, focusing on communication, tracking, and issue resolution for deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring fulfillment, managing real-time communication updates for all stakeholders using email and collaboration tools, executing standard operating procedures, mastering internal platforms, and supporting the launch and testing of new business initiatives. This role interacts with customers, merchants, and delivery partners.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and adaptable in dynamic contexts
• Experience in last-mile logistics or delivery customer service (e.g., high-visibility package delivery roles)
• Proficient with Slack or similar communication platforms
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues
