Woodholme Country Club is seeking a Golf Outside Services! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 Summary: The Outside Golf Services Attendant is responsible for delivering a premier arrival and departure experience for members and guests while supporting the daily operation of the golf facility. This role ensures efficient handling of golf bags, staging of golf cars, practice facility operations, and overall cleanliness and organization of outside service areas.
Qualifications & Requirements: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry golf bags (3050 lbs.). Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Golf knowledge preferred but not required.
Performance Expectations (Club-Level Standards): Consistent, proactive member engagement (name recognition preferred). Efficient pace and readiness of carts and practice facility. Cleanliness and organization of all service areas at all times. Strong communication with golf shop and starter staff.
Compensation & Structure (Optional to Include): Hourly wage + gratuities (if applicable). Uniforms provided. Opportunity for growth within golf operations.
Reporting Structure: Reports to: Head Golf Professional / Director of Golf Works closely with: Assistant Professionals, Starter/Ranger, Golf Shop Staff
