Position: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Dayton Roger's Contract is currently seeking a highly-skilled and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating data into our company database. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into company database
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
