| Purpose Provide timely and effective technical support to students, faculty, and staff by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and workstation issues. The IT Specialist ensures technology and on-site lab environments are properly configured, maintained, and operational, while escalating complex issues appropriately and maintaining accurate IT documentation and equipment records to support reliable day-to-day operations.
