Job Opportunity: Therapy/Rehabilitation - OT Home Health Facility: BayCare HomeCare Inc. - Tampa, Hillsborough County Location: Tampa, FL Employment Type: Travel/Contract Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 17:00 Start Date: 10/5/2026 Job Duration: 20 weeks Compensation: Rate Type: Hourly Over Time: 40 total hours in 1 week: 10$ Double Time: None On-Call: 6$ Call Back: 30$ Holiday Pay: 10$ Additional Information: Client Offer Must have home health experience; OASIS training preferred Certs required: BLS Scrubs: Any solid color scrub Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, copd, chf, pneumonia, CVA, Falls, weakness, parkinson's, failure to thrive, resp patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADL'S Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) 1-2 Weekends per contract Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work. Based on the needs of the HomeCare office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled 7251.80210.OT.01
