Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical, electronic, hardware, manufacturing, or systems engineering; medical device experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting electrical/electronic hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and hardware/software interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production troubleshooting, NPI, design transfer, and/or sustaining engineering.
  • Experience with DFMA, ECO/ECN processes, engineering documentation, and root cause analysis.
  • Software/firmware development or debugging experience using C/C++, Python, LabVIEW, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience developing or supporting manufacturing test systems, fixtures, diagnostic tools, or automated testing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, EMC/EMI, FMEA, risk management, GMP, and applicable medical device quality standards is preferred.
