Details about the Wellness Coordinator LPN position we are hiring for:
The Wellness Coordinator LPN works closely under the direction of the Wellness Director to assure Resident Services including coordination and supervision of all personal care, medication services, staff training, and supervision are completed on a day-to-day basis. Serves as the person in charge of the Wellness Department in the absence of the Wellness Director. Accepts on call responsibility and must be willing to work the floor as needed including night shifts.
