Help
Research, develop, prepare, publish, and/or interpret Army Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Activities (SA) related contracting policies and procedures.
Provide Army Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Activities (SA) Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) guidance to developers, Program Managers, and Contracting Officers regarding National Interest Determinations (NID).
Participate in the execution of budget-related recurring oversight processes of Army sensitive activities to include budget execution review, the Annual SAP Report to Congress, and Integrated Program Budget Review.
