Job Description: Our Field Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Operations Managers in their area of responsibility while overseeing a group of select stores. The Field Merchandising Supervisor will assist with hiring and selection of the team and train, coach, and develop merchandising concepts, sales techniques, policy and procedures. This position requires having the ability to travel to a variety of stores, assist in hiring and training the team and ensure adherence to all programs and standards set forth by the company.
The Field Merchandising Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in exceeding all budgetary objectives by driving sales, reducing shrink, measuring scanning accuracy, and achieving gross profit and labor goals in their locations and region.
