The Project Coordinator, under the direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health Director (IBH Director), will manage activities of one or more grants to ensure contract quality and compliance with grant deliverables. Maintain ongoing communication with the project funder and agency partners; coordinate the day-to-day logistics of project implementation across multiple SJCH departments/programs; coordinate service provision with agency partners; compile project and evaluation data from SJCH and partners, represent SJCH at initiative meetings, and assist IBH Director with writing and submitting project reports to the funder.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and implementation of grant activities and deliverables within IBH and will assist other grant staff as needed in accomplishing grant's objectives. The Project Coordinator will serve as a resource for the team and will help where needed to raise awareness, via presentations and/or facilitation of support groups if needed.
