Zema Global is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to take ownership of our financial systems landscape - including NetSuite, Floqast, Deel, and Claude which we're actively rebuilding from the ground up. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, Global Controller. We need someone who is excited to build systems that integrate and scale with the business; this is not a maintenance-only job. This is a rare chance to build a financial systems function from the ground up at a company in active growth mode. You'll have direct access to the VP, Global Controller and real influence over how these systems are designed going forward.
