Your duties in this role at Client will be primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as our Multi-Channel Subject Matter Expert. You will work with Stakeholders to develop successful and effective marketing campaigns based on business requirements and design solutions that fit the business requirements. You will assist in managing our Marketing Cloud customer communications platform with a team of individuals. We are looking to improve and grow our Marketing Cloud platform usage with the goal of building better longer-term relationships with our customers through enhanced personalized communications to assist customers with all their educational funding needs.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, Business, or related field. Primary requirement for this role includes demonstrable knowledge and experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns. Email, SMS and Push notification implementation experience required.
