Job Summary
The Machine Operator Assistant at plays a vital role in supporting full line manufacturing operations to ensure quality, safety, and productivity. This position is integral to meeting customer commitments and maintaining operational efficiency. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow established processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
- Monitor and maintain production quality according to specifications and standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
- Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance in computer systems
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and achieve production targets
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE
- Collaborate and cross-train with peers to support continuous improvement
