Warehouse Coordinator
Location: On-site in Centennial, Colorado
Pay: $25/hr plus occasional overtime

What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations & Safety (25%)
- Maintain a safe, efficient, organized, and clean warehouse environment
- Use required, task-specific PPE
- Support accurate, timely processing of used batteries
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment (25%)
- Perform timely, accurate, and documented receiving of materials
- Build, pick, stage, and fill orders in a timely manner
- Maintain required levels of warehouse/shipping supplies to support operations
Inventory Control & Documentation (20%)
- Complete, maintain, and understand Bills of Lading and related shipping documentation
- Perform periodic inventory counts
Coordination, Communication & Customer Support (20%)
- Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries; communicate changes and issues promptly
- Provide high-quality customer support
Equipment Operation & DC Power Work (5%)
- Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks, including sit-down counterbalance forklifts and walkie electric pallet jacks
- Safely use hand and power tools, including chains, heat guns, crowbars, and other specialty tools as required
- Perform live DC power work up to 120VDC, primarily consisting of charging batteries
- Safe use of material handling equipment (MHE)
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on company equipment
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- Perform other duties as required
- Keep current on company platforms, training, expenses, and calendars
What You Bring
- Comprehensive warehouse experience in a non-production environment
- Forklift operator experience and ability to complete training
- History of safe operation of powered industrial trucks / electric pallet jacks
- Familiarity with working on live DC power and taking voltage measurements
- Ability to read specifications, manuals, and technical data
- Strong writing, math, mechanical, communication, organizational, and general computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English
Preferred:
- Understanding of how a lead-acid battery works and knowledge of the reserve power industry
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical systems assembly and repair experience
- Equipment installation and maintenance experience
