Free People is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser who is to help manage the team's monthly creative merchandising strategy as well as the overall maintenance of the site and email calendar. You will oversee daily email campaign management, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure all components are delivered in a timely manner.
Support merchandising partners and learn to perform all operational merchandising functions.
Awareness of the industry and trend, specifically within ecommerce
Understanding of the FP Movement customer and aesthetic
Strong communication skills.
Creative + Collaborative.
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter with strong capacity for multitasking and working independently; adept at prioritizing and filtering feedback
Experience in ecommerce merchandising, web production, or related role is ideal
