Executive Director – Arbor Terrace Frisco

Opening in 2027, Arbor Terrace Frisco will be more than just a senior living community — it’s a vibrant new chapter for seniors seeking wellness, connection, and exceptional care. Located in beautiful Frisco Texas this brand-new community is where luxury meets purpose-built support for every stage of aging.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead Arbor Terrace Frisco. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven senior living leader who excels at building strong teams, driving operational and financial performance, and creating an outstanding experience for residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do

As the Executive Director, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L accountability. You will set the tone for the community and ensure excellence across resident care, team engagement, financial performance, sales and occupancy, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the community

• Maintain full responsibility for the community's P&L, budgeting, and financial performance

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of department leaders

• Drive strong resident, family, and team member satisfaction

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to support occupancy and revenue goals

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents and team members

• Establish clear expectations and accountability while fostering a positive, collaborative culture

• Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational performance and the resident experience

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Active Georgia ALF license required

• At least 3 years of senior living operations leadership experience, ideally at the Executive Director/Administrator level

• Demonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, occupancy, and financial goals

• Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing leadership teams

• Strong knowledge of employee performance management and relevant HR practices

• Thorough understanding of senior living regulations, operational best practices, and industry trends

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience utilizing CRM and operational systems

Compensation

Salary Range: $150k +

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership success.
