About the Role
The Benefits Administrator acts as a Subject Matter Expert on MyEyeDr.s Benefit and Leaves of Absence programs and serves as primary point of contact for employees on matters related to Leave of Absence (LOA). This is a full-time role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Benefits.
The Benefits Administrator handles all employee emails related to leave of absence and day-to-day or routine tasks with little oversight or guidance and acts as a first level advisor on complex or non-routine tasks. This position requires a highly organized team player with a high attention to detail, who exhibits exemplary follow-through and problem-solving skills, and who continually seeks and implements process improvement. The Benefits Administrator will work both independently and within the Human Resources team.
This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh, NC office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
