Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior .NET Full-Stack Application Developer to join our development and application support team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both modern web application development and Microsoft desktop/client-server application technologies. This position requires a developer who can work effectively across our existing application portfolio, including C#, VB.NET, WPF, Windows Forms, WCF, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server, while also bringing strong expertise in Microsoft Blazor for modern web application development. The successful candidate will be comfortable supporting and enhancing existing applications while also designing and developing new solutions. The role requires strong technical depth, excellent problem-solving abilities, ownership, and the ability to work effectively within a culture built around empowerment, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Application Development & Support Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Work across both desktop/client-server applications and modern web applications. Analyze existing applications, understand their architecture and business functionality, and implement enhancements orfixes with minimal disruption. Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions rather than temporaryworkarounds. Participate in application modernization efforts, including transitioning functionality from traditional desktop/client- serverapplications to modern web-based solutions where appropriate. Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards, coding practices, and application architecture decisions. Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, reliable, and consistent with established enterprise standards. Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, application owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Web Application Development Design and develop modern web applications using Microsoft Blazor. Develop responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web interfaces. Work with Blazor components, application state, dependency injection, authentication/authorization, APIs, and server- sideservices. Integrate web applications with existing enterprise systems, databases, and web services. Troubleshoot and optimize web application performance and reliability. Apply sound web development principles including security, accessibility, error handling, logging, and performance optimization. Work with existing client-server applications and understand established application architectures.
