Machine Assistant — 3rd Shift

Pay: $21.03 per hour
Schedule: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., Monday–Friday
Location: Springfield, MO

Kelly® is hiring Machine Assistants to support a manufacturing operation. This role involves assisting with equipment operation, monitoring product quality, documenting production information, and following established safety and production processes.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, navigate stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a hot and humid, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Important Information

• Steel-toe, composite-toe, or approved safety shoes are required for the site tour and assignment.
• Candidates may begin with a cleared drug test while the background check is in progress.
