We're looking for a versatile Product Marketing Leada true Swiss Army knifeto join our K:Marketing PMM team. In this role, you'll tackle SMS and Mobile Messaging, a premier strategic growth engine for Klaviyo and a critical component of our flagship marketing automation platform. Mobile communicationspanning SMS, MMS, push notifications, and emerging channelsis no longer an add-on; it is a foundational pillar of modern omnichannel commerce and a top priority driving revenue growth across our entire customer base.

You'll serve as the dedicated PMM partner for our Klaviyo SMS & Mobile product team, understanding market opportunities, deciphering the evolving mobile compliance landscape, analyzing competitive dynamics, and directly influencing our product roadmap. You will lead global product launches, rallying cross-functional stakeholders to execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption, expand global carrier coverage, and establish mobile as an indispensable, high-ROI channel for brands worldwide. You'll leverage the momentum of Klaviyo's trusted platform while driving the zero-to-one messaging strategy for new mobile innovationsmastering product-market fit, and unlocking high-velocity revenue growth.

How You'll Make a Difference:

• Strategic Positioning & Storytelling: Define the value proposition, messaging hierarchy, and positioning for Klaviyo's SMS and Mobile product suite.
• GTM & Product Launches: Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Growth Marketing.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track global mobile trends to position Klaviyo as the most trusted, compliant, and powerful mobile marketing solution on the market.
• Roadmap Evangelization & Influence: Partner closely with Product Management to champion customer needs, surface market gaps, and synthesize feedback.
• Adoption & Revenue Growth: Develop targeted campaigns, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks to enable merchants to scale seamlessly.
• Sales Enablement & Deal Support: Build essential GTM assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, enablement trainings) as a mobile Subject Matter Expert (SME) with sales.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the K:Marketing PMM organization and the mobile business unit.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles
• Marketing tech experience and or e-commerce is a huge plus
• Know what great work looks like bringing in new product intro frameworks and playbooks for our team, while knowing when to create our own playbook to move fast
• Have examples of great positioning and messaging that cut through the noise and differentiated your product or service
• Love and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations: $88,000 $132,000 USD

This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
