We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Experience Specialist to assist clients with planning details, reservations, questions, and service requests. The primary focus of this role is providing a positive experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and dependable follow-up.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing attentive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Research available accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services
Assist with reservations and service coordination
Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information
Review important details for accuracy
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain organized client information and records
Follow up on pending requests and upcoming arrangements
Communicate with service providers when additional assistance is needed
Help address questions and provide solutions throughout the client experience
Maintain a high standard of professional service
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-service mindset
Good organization and attention to detail
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Comfortable using email and digital platforms
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or guest-service experience is helpful but not required
