Horne Mazda in Tempe is growing, and we're looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants who want a real opportunity to build a career and earn based on their performance.
Whether you've already mastered the dealership sales process or you're an experienced salesperson ready to break into the automotive industry, we want to meet you.

We're looking for people who are:
You don't have to know everything on Day One. You do need to be willing to learn, work hard, and take care of customers.
THIS IS MORE THAN A JOB
At Horne Mazda, you'll have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn the automotive business, build a customer base, and grow within an established dealer group.
If you're already a proven automotive salesperson, you can hit the ground running.
If you're coming from another sales or customer-facing industry, we'll provide the training to help you learn the automotive business.

Location: Horne Mazda – Tempe, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In person
Compensation: $5,000–$10,000+ monthly earning potential + uncapped commission
Driver's License: Valid Arizona Driver's License required
