Position Purpose: Analyze, prepare and organize companywide property tax filings and business licenses for all XTRA locations. Assist with other federal and state tax issues and filings.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, with any tax/accounting experience a plus. Multi-state tax experience also a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working Conditions: Full time in office. Standard office environment.
Salary and Benefits: Full-time exempt salary of $70,000-$78,000 (exact rate to be determined based on an individual candidate's relevant work experience, skillset, and educational background.) If you are a regular full-time employee of XTRA, you are eligible to elect coverage under certain group benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, pre-paid legal plan, and health and dependent care (FSA) accounts). Your coverage under the group benefits begin on the 1st day of regular full-time employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. You will receive 13 days of PTO, sick leave, and enjoy twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
