We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the automation of Amazon Logistics delivery stations across North America and Europe. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team for new product development, identify and select strategic suppliers, lead complex negotiations, and ensure seamless project execution from technology proof of concept development to scale up strategy and execution.

A day in the life:
You will start your morning reviewing commodity market trends and supply risk dashboards, then connect with your leadership team to align on priorities and remove blockers. Midday might bring a supplier negotiation session or a cross-functional planning review with engineering and finance partners. You will spend time coaching your direct reports, reviewing strategic narratives, and preparing updates for senior leadership. Throughout it all, you balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving to keep your team delivering results.
