The Boston School of Music Arts, a well established area music school with two locations, is hiring Voice Instructors with Voice and beginning Piano teaching experience. Experience with guitar (to accompany singers) helpful.
A college degree in music is NOT required, although preferred. Some of our best teachers have been people who have 3+ years of teaching experience, are experienced performers, great with children, and have an outgoing personality.
We are one of Boston's largest music schools with a few hundred students taking lessons weekly, and we offer top pay, training, take care of all administration, payments and marketing, and more. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Voice/Piano Faculty member to join our team! The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching students ages 4 and up, and Adults, and can help to provide a great musical foundation. This is an in-school (not in-home or online-only) position.
The successful candidate will be a W2 employee, not an independent contractor.
