What You'll Do As a Remote Client Relationship Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments and ongoing communication.

Client Support Responsibilities Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments Build strong, long-term client relationships Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Review existing policies and explain available solutions Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication Maintain accurate client records and documentation Professional Development Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs Attend leadership development workshops Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills Collaborate with a supportive remote team Why Join AO?

• Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
