What You'll Do

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions
• Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles

Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements.

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation
• Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies
• Monitor project progress, manage key deliverables, and support successful outcomes
• Align cross-functional teams around business priorities and project objectives

Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows.

• Advise on utility network design, implementation, and operational adoption
• Support data governance, modeling, and geospatial information management efforts
• Help organizations maximize the value of enterprise GIS platforms and applications
• Recommend approaches that improve visibility, reliability, and business processes

Contribute to organizational success beyond project delivery.

• Mentor consultants and technical professionals across the team
• Support proposal development, solution estimation, and client presentations
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Participate in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and professional communities

What You Bring

• Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives
• Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments
• Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments
• Typically brings several years of experience supporting large-scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with utility network modeling and modern network management practices
• Familiarity with electric, gas, water, or other infrastructure industries
• Experience designing or supporting enterprise geospatial applications
• Knowledge of GIS data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management
