Job Description:

  • Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
  • Handle conversations using practical conversation frameworks
  • Address objections based on real sales scenarios
  • Complete product and sales training
  • Obtain licensing alongside sales training if not already licensed
  • Work exclusively with inbound leads; no cold calling

Requirements:

  • U.S. residents only
  • Background check required
  • Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to hold a real conversation
  • Ability to take direction and feedback well
  • Consistency day after day
