Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary

We are looking for a motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company information across internal databases and digital systems while ensuring data quality, organization, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update customer, transaction, and company information within internal databases and digital platforms.
  • Review submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine data verification and quality-control checks.
  • Respond to internal requests for data updates and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Manage multiple data-entry assignments while meeting established deadlines and productivity standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or computer-based experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, email, and online business systems.
  • Ability to type efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
