We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for investment castings, including blades, vanes, and nozzles. This critical role ensures the availability of key commodities to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
The Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives to improve supplier performance, ensure material availability, reduce costs, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned supply chain leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and supplier performance. They will bring expertise in investment casting and aerospace supply chains, excel at strategic thinking and negotiations, and possess a natural ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams. This individual will align supply chain capabilities with organizational growth and long-term business objectives.
