Property Maintenance
Full-Time | Pittsburgh, PA | $25-$30 Per Hour
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance professional to help maintain a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Pittsburgh area.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems. We are looking for a self-starter who can proactively walk properties, identify maintenance issues, determine the best course of action, and complete repairs independently whenever possible.
The ideal candidate is experienced in general building maintenance and can handle a wide variety of repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work. When a repair requires specialized expertise, this individual will coordinate with qualified vendors to ensure the issue is resolved properly.

We want a hands-on maintenance professional who can walk a property, identify concerns, take initiative, and keep our buildings operating at a high level. The right person takes ownership, solves problems, and knows when to handle a repair themselves and when to call in the right expert.
